What to Expect
Whether you visit us in Andover, Zimmerman, or Isanti, you can expect to be welcomed by a professional team of individuals who genuinely care about you and your health.
Conversation
We’ll begin your appointment with a conversation to get to know you and what brought you in. We’ll ask you some questions and go over the paperwork you filled out upon arrival.
Ear Exam
Using an otoscope, we’ll take a look inside your ears to make sure they are healthy and free of any impacted wax.
Hearing Test
The hearing test is simple. You’ll listen for a series of sounds at various frequencies and volumes. We’ll walk you through each step.
Audiogram
The results of your hearing exam will be recorded on an audiogram. We’ll discuss what degree of hearing loss you have (if any) and go over management options.
