Our Services

Hearing Tests

We offer comprehensive hearing tests in Andover, Zimmerman, and Isanti for adults of all ages. A hearing test is the only way to determine what degree of hearing loss is present and what your best options for treatment are. During the hearing test you will sit in a soundproof booth and listen for a series of sounds. These will vary in volume, frequency, and pitch. Our hearing specialists will walk you through the entire testing process so you feel comfortable and confident.

Hearing Aid Evaluation

Using the results of your hearing test (audiogram) and some answers to lifestyle questions, we will go over which types of hearing aids will be best suited for your individual case of hearing loss. We carry different styles of hearing aids in our offices so you can see for yourself how they look and how they’ll feel in your ears.

Hearing Aid Fitting

Once we get your hearing aids in, we’ll have you come back for a fitting appointment. Depending on the style of hearing aid you choose, we may need to create a custom fit earmold. Your hearing aids should fit securely yet comfortably, so you can wear them all day.

Our hearing specialists will then program the hearing aids using the results of your audiogram, to ensure they provide you with the right amount of amplification and clarity.

Hearing Aid Repairs

Even with proper care, hearing aids may occasionally need repairs or adjustments. Our team can service most makes and models, whether it’s a simple fix like replacing tubing or domes, or a more complex repair involving internal components. We’ll inspect your devices, identify the issue, and discuss the best solution to restore clear, comfortable hearing as quickly as possible.

In many cases, minor repairs can be completed in our office the same day, so you can get back to hearing your best without delay.

Hearing Protection

From weekend yard work to cheering at a game or enjoying a day on one of Minnesota’s many lakes, loud sounds are part of everyday life. Protecting your hearing is essential to preserving it for the future. Our hearing clinics offer custom hearing protection for a variety of activities, including hunting, concerts, motorsports, and occupational noise exposure. Each pair is molded to fit your ears perfectly, providing superior comfort and protection without muffling important sounds. Whether you’re at work or at play, we’ll help you find the right solution to keep your hearing safe and sound.

Tinnitus Management

Loud noise, certain medications, stress, earwax build-up, and head trauma can all lead to tinnitus, the perception of hearing a noise that isn’t externally present. Because tinnitus, also known as ringing in the ears, isn’t a hearing disorder, management is focused on the cause. The symptoms of tinnitus are described as hearing a buzzing, humming, ringing, or whistling sound in the head or ears.

If tinnitus is affecting your quality of life, you’re not alone. Our team can help you by identifying the cause of tinnitus and recommending an effective treatment plan. In many cases, hearing aids with a tinnitus masking feature can help. While they won’t stop ringing in the ears completely, they can provide relief.
